  • 2021 Margan Hunter Valley Shiraz

The grapes for this wine came from the Timbervines Vineyard which is
part of the original Lindemans Fordwich Sill plantings of the late 1960’s.
This 30 acre block was planted on original Busby vine stock and has
been farmed using vertical shoot positioning. It crops at around 1 tonne
to the acre which is very low. Picked at around the 13.5 baume mark, the
climate of the Hunter provides us with medium bodied reds with great
    natural acid and lower alcohol.

  • 2022 Kallaske Barossa Valley GSM

2022 Clarry’s GSM is bright red in colour with purple edges.
Aromatically it is vivid with lifted spice notes, raspberry compote, violets, toffee apple,
strawberry ice-cream, fresh flowers and a touch of earth.
These brilliant red fruits continue to the succulent palate. It is medium-bodied,
soft and rounded but with a fine definition and crunch giving freshness and balance
throughout. Tannins are noticeable without intruding, providing a muscular
backbone to the radiant fruit. A long finish completes this very drinkable wine.

  • 2020 Schild Estate Barossa Valley GSM

Dark ruby in colour. On the nose prominent red and black fruited aromas of cranberries, cherries and blackberries are the hallmark of the wine. They are then joined by a glimpse of supporting spice and earthy undertones. Once on the palate, these same layered red and dark fruit flavours reappear filling out the front and mid palate before being encapsulated with a fine lattice like tannin frame. This ensures that the require bordering of the fruit is delivered and the wine remains focused and controlled.
